All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

 Tracking Your Order

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

 Note for taxes:

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Delivery carriers

For our UK customers, we use Royal Mail.

Change your address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@soccerstudio.co.uk. Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed. 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Parcel damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
